PROBATE
Probate is the general name given to the administration of a deceased person's estate. This is carried out by executors or personal representatives.
A personal representative is someone who has been named as the executor
of a will, or the next of kin where no will has been made. Personal
representatives have a great deal of responsibility, much of which
can be legally onerous. Our specialists can help to lighten the burden
on personal representatives and help them to fulfil their duties,
obtaining probate as swiftly and efficiently as possible. |
